Make a community right to bid nomination
The Community Right to Bid allows communities and parish councils to nominate buildings or land for listing as an asset of community value. Use this application form to nominate an asset in your community. You can only nominate one asset using this form. If you wish to nominate more than one asset you will have to complete this form for each one.

You will need to be able to demonstrate that nominating the asset will benefit the social well-being or social interests of the community.
